Ciao a tutti! Today we made a very fresh, delicious and quick to make salad of Bok Choy. Although not traditionally Italian, the Bok Choy salad was too good to pass up!
4 Leaves of Bok Choy
1 orange, peeled
1 apple, peeled
We basically just cut up the Bok Choy. Then peeled the orange, peeled the apple and put it into a bowl together with the fennel seeds and sunflower seeds. We added a little lemon juice and olive oil and voila’!
Super fresh, great for an appetizer or side dish, or a complete meal if you choose!!
